By submitting an intake form through the Site, you authorize CA Work Comp Recovery to share your submitted information with one or more participating attorneys or law firms for the purpose of evaluating your potential claim. You understand and agree that:

• Submission of a form does not guarantee you will be contacted or represented by an attorney.
• Participating attorneys independently decide whether to accept a referral.
• CA Work Comp Recovery may receive a referral fee from participating attorneys in connection with successful referrals, in compliance with applicable California State Bar rules.
• You are free to seek legal representation from any attorney of your choosing.

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in or were injured in the State of California. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CA WORK COMP RECOVERY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in California and waive any objection that California is an inconvenient forum.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CA Work Comp Recovery with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
